What the Global expert team for improvements & innovations does:


Our virtual team in the Netherlands and Slovakia is responsible for seeing deviation, contribute to standardization and improving processes through continuous improvement. We promote the use of data and digital tools (PEGA, Robotics/IA). We deliver solutions for teams and leads to continuously improve the processes via: Improvement Kata, Kaizen, Agile methodologies and/or Performance Metrics. The goal is to provide a consistent and exceptional experience for clients and employees.

Your role:


Executing projects


  • You will plan and execute projects across various countries or domains. You will be responsible for project progress and supporting your project team to bring results. You will be collaborating with senior management, and jointly responsible for searching of new challenges.

Running process discovery workshops


  • You will run rapid process improvement workshops where you will facilitate the identification of the core processes, related process waste & problems. Support ideation of solutions with clear categorization for automation, tribe or process team backlog. Also creating implementation plans & quantification of the benefits.

Building continuous improvement mindset


  • You will contribute to increase continuous improvement awareness & craftmanship via: providing process improvement related trainings & coaching with strong focus on practice (combo of training + project); stimulating improvements & innovations mindset by sharing best practices, success stories and benefits of improvements & innovations

Skills needed:


  • Project management skills for running multiple initiatives with strong focus on results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Structuring problems, perform analyses and select the right root causes and solutions
  • Proactive and takes the lead (in case of unclarity or when it seems not to be needed/asked)
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders and speak up

Background and working experience:


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (problem solving, improvement implementation, structured working approach in a global organization)
  • Project execution according to Lean Six Sigma or Design Thinking methodologies is a big plus
