About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are hiring a Process Management Specialist to strenghted our Expert team, who will help us to improve organization’s performance management by designing & modelling business processes in ARIS mapping tool. Also, to ensure that business processes are understood, documented and implemented in line with ING standards, existing policies and regulatory requirements. The main responsibility is to design business processes using ARIS diagrams following the internal conventions and maintain them up to date.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, maintain and continuously develop end-to-end existing and new processes
  • Map the processes in ARIS tool following the internal standards and conventions
  • Support the creation and regular maintenance of workplace instructions in line with the processes designed
  • Cooperate with other departments and specialist such as Subject Matters Experts and Process Leads across the organization
  • Clarify operational risk and mitigate measures in process maps in ARIS
  • Identify potential gaps and highlight possible optimization and process improvements
  • Organize regular meetings to review the mapping progress to meet the deadlines
  • Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvements within the team
  • Way of working in line with Agile rituals

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
ARIS - Beginner

Personality requirements and skills

  • At least 2years of working experience; Process management skills would be advantage
  • Effective communication and active listening
  • Ability to understand business needs from various stakeholders
  • Customer oriented and customer need focused
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
  • Able to work independently; detailed oriented
  • Knowledge of ARIS Process Modeling Tool is an advantage
  • Knowledge on relevant banking products, processes and bank systems
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standard is an advantage
  • Experience from corporate environment is an advantage
