The Trade Division is part of ING’s Wholesale Banking Transaction Services Organization.
We build the future of Wholesale Banking for our customers and employees. Our purpose is to create the best financial supply chains through seamless Trade solutions.
The Trade Division covers the management of all Trade products and combines Business and Tech functions. The business part is split in three departments: Trade Finance Services, Working Capital Solutions (“WCS”) and One Trade Foundation. This position supports the WCS part, where the focus is on our global products Receivables Finance and Supply Chain Finance.

Your role as System Implementation Coordinator

System Implementation Coordinator delivers a differentiating customer and employee experience in close cooperation with Sales, Operations, Tech and other departments. We are looking to strengthen our team with someone, who is result driven and is open to adapt our Agile way of working. Main focus is the development and implementation of our One Trade Platform.

Your key responsibilities

As a System Implementation Coordinator:
  • You act as a business representative.
  • You focus on refining, creating, implementing, and continuously improving our customer journeys.
  • You can translate customer needs (business requirements) into system requirement specifications in accordance with approved standards.
  • You create and manage manuals, work-place instructions in accordance with the relevant (risk) policies.
  • You adapt your communication style to the needs of your audience.
  • You keep the bigger picture in mind, while also being keen on details.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Proven track record and technical skills:
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven knowledge of / experience in Trade / WCS Products is an advantage.
  • Experienced in Agile is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal/written English skills.
  • Ability to draft high quality process flows and charts.
