ING is looking for a Product Delivery Coordinator for the department of Wholesale Banking Transaction Services Pricing Desk.

Job Description:

You will be working for Transaction Services (‘TS’) in ING Wholesale Banking. TS offers a comprehensive range of products to Corporate Clients and Financial Institutions across Europe.

As a Product Delivery Coordinator, you will play an active role in consolidating 3 sets of data – Product Catalogue, Tariff Brochures and Pricing Database. To achieve this the co-ordination, facilitation and agreements with the various stakeholders are required for the 20 countries ING supports. A good feeling for commercial interests is key and understanding of and ability to learn the products, naming’s and characteristics are vital.

Activities comprise of all products in the TS domain of Payments & Cash Management including merchant acquiring services and, to some extent, Trade Finance solutions.

You will be working in a team within a professional, dynamic, and international environment where you can make a visible contribution to the Sales/Billing and Pricing process through solution driven thinking.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

The job is a key element in simplifying and streamlining ING’s commercial product portfolio and Tariff Brochures and requires strong analytical skills, problem solving mentality and good communicative skills. A good knowledge of Payments and Cash Management product is an advantage.

  • You will conduct a detailed review of Tariff Brochures, Product Catalogue and Pricing Database per country. Supporting countries in migrating clients to the new pricing and billing processes and systems
  • You will closely cooperate with local and global Product Management, Product Catalogue and Billing team.
  • You will lead the discussions and design the solutions.
  • You will keep track of changes, tasks and next actions to ensure timely delivery.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education:

  • University education (Bachelor's degree or Master's degree) preferably in Economics, Accounting or Finance (above average academic grades)
  • Excellent level in written English (near- native knowledge) and strong verbal communication skills
  • Preferably 2 years of work experience in transaction driven environment (In Transaction Services in the areas of Payments & Cash Management)
  • At ease with managing time-sensitive projects with a large number of stakeholders
