For our Shared Service Centre, we are looking for a PMO for dynamic, international and high-profile/global programs working on the project governance and control. You will be part of the team responsible for migrations of operations and client’s services processes across our global ING network.


As a PMO you will:



  • Help with organizing and managing Program governance (reporting on risks/financials/controls/major milestones, preparation of meetings, communication intra program etc…).
  • Prepare, participate and help with the admin part for the various Program management team meetings, Program and Sponsor Board.
  • Make minutes of the calls (Program management team meetings, Program Board, Sponsor Board,…) including action points, status updates and follow-up with the action owners.
  • Providing the detailed monthly review and control of programme financials & resources views based on data from diverse financial and reporting sources. Preparation for reporting of financials towards stakeholders for Programme Board. Identifying discrepancies and follow up.
  • Consolidate country information in global views.
  • Alignment with horizontal and vertical leads on issues, progress and proper reporting of deliverables/milestones.
  • Assist horizontal and vertical leads with follow up on actions.
  • Monitoring risks and timelines
  • Ad hoc tasks helping the overall delivery of the program and close cooperation with the - Program Manager potentially leading to occasional travel to HQ Amsterdam (presumably +/- 10 to15 days/year)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • At least 2 years of previous experience with Project Management.
  • Previous experience with banking industry as advantage.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Used to work under pressure of deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritize work.
  • Ability to operate individually.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (orally and in writing) skills.
