agile Java Developer (w/m/d)

your tasks and responsibilities

• Development of new banking products and optimization of existing products
• Taking responsibility in the end-to-end process from discussing the idea to deployment
• Conception and development of multi-layer applications
• Working with Java EE applications based on Java 8, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, TestNG/JUnit and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript
• Benefits of process and data modeling for the application domain - BPMN, EER
• Direct cooperation with business people and other experts in the SQUAD team
• Direct and easy cooperation with internal departments that also live the agile mindset

your skills

• Completed higher education with focus on computer science, business informatics, software engineering or similar
• Professional experience as software developer
• Solid Java knowledge (SE & EE), especially persistence (JPA, Hibernate)
• Nice to have: good SQL knowledge and basic knowledge of current web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Professional understanding of architecture and design, UML (Domain and Activity Diagram)
• Great to have: Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA, IBM Rational Software Architect skills
• Knowledge of different agile development methods like Scrum
• Improve your english and german skills on the job and by language course
