For our Shared Service Centre, we are looking for a Project Manager for dynamic, international and high-profile projects. You will be part of team responsible for migrations of operations and client’s services processes into the Shared Service Centre in Bratislava.

As a Project Manager you will:
• Organize and manage country onboarding delivery calls. Make minutes of the calls including action points, status updates.
• Structure the information per country.
• Consolidate country information in global views.
• Support in delivery overall status per country for program and sponsor board meetings.
• Create and follow up actions of content driven calls like solution definition.
• Align with horizontal and vertical leads on issues, progress per country.
• Assist horizontal and vertical leads with follow up on actions.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 3 years of previous experience with Project Management.
• Previous experience with banking industry as advantage.
• Attention to detail.
• Used to work under pressure of deadlines.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritize work.
• Ability to operate individually.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (orally and in writing) skills.
