Your work environment
IBSS Bratislava (ING Bank Shared Services Bratislava) is a servicing hub providing transactional & banking operations services for ING wholesale & retail branches worldwide. These are exciting times for us as we are now also starting to offer more and more complex knowledge work in design and consultancy roles. We are part of the IBSS organization which consists of servicing hubs around the globe.


As part of our HR transformation, we are currently implementing Workday and are looking for a Change management and Training Lead who will work as part of a local and global team and support us in implementing the new, cloud-based HR solution. You will work closely with our local IT, HR and Finance teams. You will design and implement a local Change, Communications & Training strategy that speaks to the global Change Management strategy, focused on helping ING in the digitalization and globalization of HR solutions. Of course, one can´t change what one doesn´t understand. Therefore, you begin coordinating local change impact assessments, engaging with senior stakeholders and build a change champion network. Along the way, you will connect with the majority of our People Service/Human Resources universe, as you collaborate with international stakeholders, expert teams, delivery managers and employee experience leads. Finally, you will develop a local training plan that involves creating training materials to make the change process fun and empowering


Responsibilities:
  • Frequent interactions with global Change Management team (For global Change Management guidelines)
  • Facilitate and moderate local group interactions
  • Coordinate locally workshops to map change impacts
  • Create and implement local stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Frequent exchange and teamwork with the local communication team
  • Design and coordinate local training plan and the creation of local training materials
  • Coordinate support channels during the Post-Go live moment
  • Ensures efficient, proactive communication mainly with Project team, Global teams, program managers, IBSS management (line managers)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

ideally in Human Resources/Business Administration

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Years of international work experience in change and project management
  • Experienced in working in Finance or another highly regulated industry
  • Experience with process/ project management
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Analytical approach and able to deal with ambiguity and new content
  • Very good knowledge of current HR, IT and training tools
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • University degree, ideally in Human Resources/Business Administration
