Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the job:

Employees at this level provide detailed and comprehensive support/expertise by taking on responsibility for tasks of an organisational, process or operational nature. They are considered as a specialist in a number of processes/products and usually work on a day-to-day basis in a complex environment with supervision.

Your daily tasks would be:

• Executes tasks within the processing of Trade products (Letters of Credit / Documentary collections)

• Makes choices, interacts closely with the department TFS and/or external clients and deals with questions and complaints

• Process customer requests with regard to Trade products such as letters of credits and / or documentary collections

• Identifies improvement potential in the process, supports Process Leader in preparing and implementing process improvements

• Regarding local process: participates UAT testing, supports audits (SPOC), monitors process with data, ensures proper WPI, SPOC for new clients/system migrations and changes

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)
