We are looking for Work Management Operation Specialist, who will be responsible for support of workforce management tool (EG tool) and it‘s further implementation within internal departments.

Your job role will be:

• Provide post-installation, integration and support for EG Workforce Optimization software suite
• Create organizational and program workflow in collaboration with asset owner
• Manage functional and technical data within selected solution (security settings, integration mappings, skill matrices, rules for assignment of tasks to users, screens configuration)
• Manage installation of application upgrades and fixes provided by EG supplier application support
• Draft technical documentation in cooperation with EG provider and Asset owner
• Interface with various team members such as management, IT support, application support teams for the source feeding systems and business teams

Personality requirements and skills

• Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Process management knowledge
• Experience with support of integrated software mapped to various data sources
• Experience with IT systems implementation preferably in workforce management area
• Experience with application support on global systems should be in the ad
• English (written and spoken) is a must
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Persuasive with details and facts
• Knowledge of EG Workforce Optimization software is advantage
