About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Who we are:
Settlements Team is a highly specialized back office team covering Financial Markets and Lending activities across multiple countries. The team is currently composed of 8 experienced professionals with stable environment.

Who are we looking for?
You are task-oriented with strong attention to detail. You are able to handle large quantities of information and you are comfortable in a dynamic environment. You actively follow-up on all tasks /actions requested of you. You have a background in Finance or Economics, and have an interest in financial markets and corporate lending. Also, you are willing to work occasionally on public holidays.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Forex and Money Market Products back office processing
  • Confirmation and affirmation processing and monitoring
  • Securities Trades settlement
  • Provide reporting and statistics
  • Perform daily monitoring and checks, complete EOD activities
  • Participation on the testing
  • Co-operation with other departments within GSO and other ING Bank N.V. branches
  • Problem solving with the handling of exceptions and escalations
  • Other tasks and support on day-to-day basis
