ING Business Shared Services, Bratislava is looking for an enthusiastic, analytical and experienced project manager, willing to work in a dynamic and complex global environment.

What you’ll be doing:

As an HR/IT change execution professional, you will be responsible for the implementation of Workday in IBSS Bratislava. Tasks include defining roadmaps, retrofitting HR processes to the new cloud system, collaborating with both HR and IT professionals to ensure a solution that delivers an excellent user experience as well as a practical and standardized functionality.

You will need to consult with stakeholders on project and programme expectations, requirements and business cases. You may need to operate independently and be able to manage relationships within programme teams and with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organisation and in multiple locations.

To stay in full control, you will need to manage interactions with related projects and programmes and report progress and impediments to senior management.

You must take a data-driven approach to executing change initiatives and work according to the ING Change Execution Practice (project management standards and methodologies).

Please be aware that this is a project based position. Therefore, right now we are able to provide you with a contract for definite period of time.

· An eye for detail and an analytical way of thinking, able to work under pressure;

· Results oriented with an ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting programme challenges;

· A thorough command of English, verbally and in writing;
· Knowledge with and working experience in data management is beneficial
