Tasks and responsibilities of Communication Officer:

Internal communication

• Manage internal communication framework (guidelines for internal communication)
• Maintain and further develop selected internal communication channels (mainly: intranet and related sharepoints, newsletters, yammer, stream)
• Support our teams in self-promotion activities (e.g. success story preparation & sharing)
• Facilitate Communication community (team members from various teams who volunteered to be the voice of their colleagues and to prepare success stories in the form of short articles and / or videos)
• Ensure alignment with Global Corporate Communication Department and act as point of contact for roll – out of the global initiatives
• Support Management Team (prepare key presentations, townhalls, cooperate on event preparation)
• Support organization of company events like Christmas parties and social activities
• Support HR in recruitment area – communication approach towards potential employees

External communication

• Support external communication mainly towards potential employees on labour market (in cooperation with HR department)
• Manage appearance in external media
• Update external channels (LinkedIn, IBSS external web site)
• Prepare branding design of marketing materials (in close cooperation with global communication department following global guidelines)

Note: flexible working hours – possible. In case of top fit candidate, I am open to shortened working hours, if requested, but not less than 30 hours per week.
