For our Shared Service Centre, we are looking for Senior Process Modeller.
The purpose of Senior Process Modelling officer‘s position is to support and improve organization’s performance management by modelling business processes; ensuring that business processes are understood, documented and implemented consistently within framework of existing policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Main responsibility of the Process Management Officer is to design and maintain up-to-date processes within the organization on high level and detail level ensuring that the processes are modelled uniformly following valid conventions.

You will be the end to end owner of an assigned project delivery in accordance to the process which you will learn and adopt. As Senior member of the team you also have the responsibility to drive actions and support other team members and represent the team in more advanced projects and process mappings.

Your role as a Process Modeller

  • Design, maintain and continuously develop end-to-end existing and new processes following internal guidelines and conventions
  • Cooperate with various departments and Subject Matters Experts across the organization to facilitate documentation of the bank's processes
  • Actively plan and organize requested resources to meet deadlines
  • Clarify operational risk and mitigating measures in ARIS
  • Provide support for creation and maintenance of workplace instructions on request of Product and Process Owners
  • Ensure the documented workflows, workplace instructions are available to all relevant staff, stakeholders
  • Assesses the business processes with the goal of identifying potential gaps and overlaps
  • Proactively point out on possible optimization of the operation.

Proven track record and technical skills:
  • Education at University (Master or Bachelor) level in (business) economics or comparable
  • At least 2 years working experience as a process manager
  • ARIS – basics – intermediate (or similar tool such as Microsoft Visio, BPMN, UML)
  • Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view
  • Able to get on with others and be a team-player
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
  • Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with other business functions
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to focus on detail
  • Able to listen to others
  • Experience with the ARIS Process Modelling Tool is advantage
  • Experience with working in complex organizations
  • Actual knowledge on relevant banking products, processes and bank systems
  • Fluent English (both written and verbal) is mandatory
  • General knowledge of banking and financial products, computer skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, focus on details, drive for results
  • A personality and the capabilities to optimally function within an Agile environment.
  • Experience with agile, operational management and preferably with Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
  • Six Sigma methodology or similar is an advantage
