About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

ING is looking to expand by hiring Junior Operations Specialist to support the growth ambitions of the Working Capital Solutions team in Bratislava. The role involves joining a team of motivated young professionals with a mission to establish ING as a global player in the evolving Supply Chain Finance market space.
The Junior Operations Specialist is involved in administration and operational matters such as: onboarding suppliers – performing checks on legal documents, screening and setting the suppliers up in our internal systems. Providing them support during the onboarding process as well as handling incoming questions via e-mail or phone as after care. Our team is responsible for other processes as well where decision making is required.
In this position you will work very closely with your team reporting to a team lead and, in addition, you will be able to develop a day to day working relationship with colleagues from Netherlands.

You are proficient in English. Spanish or Italian or German or French language knowledge is considered as an advantage.

You are comfortable to share your ideas with colleagues and management on different seniority level.
