2 200 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

These are exciting times for us as we are growing rapidly, both in terms of number of staff and our facilities.

We are therefore looking for a new colleague, who will help us to look after our services and facilities.

As a new member of a team you will be responsible for:

Acquisition of completely new premises:
• Active participation on expansion project,
• Regular communication and negotiation with landlord,
• Participation on the selection process of external suppliers,
• Tracking budget and allocation of costs related to the expansion,
• Communication with our management team, regular follow-up meetings, creation of action plan,
• Any other activities related to the expansion of our premises.

Participation on FM activities:
• Applying vision with progressive FM methods, strategic FM planning with outside the box thinking approach,
• Revision of already existing processes,
• Creation and implementation of new and modern procedures, costs reduction.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant position
