Tasks and responsibilities:

This job is a combination of communication, human resources and employer branding activities with a strong focus on people.

• Together with Management team you will define ING shared services engagement and communication strategy and roadmap including implementation plan
• You will transfer company vision and employee value preposition to daily way of working. Values are important part of our ING culture.
You will implement results of internal branding activities.
• You will design process of monitoring employee engagement and satisfaction via various channels.
• You will facilitate proper communication (all channels, directions, groups).
• You will propose employees retention ideas.
• You will work with people managers to asses and design employee`s growth path (professional, developmental).
• You will design modern and attractive job offering.
• You will facilitate decision making process with management team.

Requirements for the employee
