Sales Support Presentation Designer

You will be working for Transaction Services (‘TS’) in ING Wholesale Banking. TS offers a comprehensive range of products to Corporate Clients and Financial Institutions across Europe, Asia and the US. ING has recently reconfirmed its ambition to become the preferred TS partner for our target segment customers for their Pan European business. Transaction Services comprises of the following products: Payments & Cash Management (‘PCM’) solutions and Trade solutions.

As a Cash Advisory & Structuring Business Presentation Designer you will play an important role in the TS sales process. The Presentation Designer leads the development of visually compelling PowerPoint presentations used in client presentations and across the organisation in a variety of different settings. You will be expected to form relationships with stakeholders at all levels within ING TS to design, develop, and maintain an archive of compelling branded presentations and related resources.

Activities comprise of the creation of high quality slide decks that translate complex (financial) structures and strategies into powerful visual stories. Your presentations will be used for (pre-) sales pitches, beauty parades and internal presentations. You also will develop custom presentation templates that are used in client presentations, internal meetings, conferences and events.

You will work in a team within a professional, dynamic and international environment where you can make a visible contribution to the sales process through transformation of complex content and direction into smart and visually stunning storytelling presentations.

Tasks and responsibilities

The job is a key element in the TS Sales process and requires a combination of strong PowerPoint skills, professional writing in the English language and a strong client focus. Knowledge of international TS Products and Solutions is preferred.

• Design convincing client presentations that are consistent with ING brand standards
• Develop a comprehensive suite of branded presentation templates for use across ING Transaction Services
• Collaborate with TS Sales, Product Tribes and other colleagues across TS to discuss presentation needs and related graphics in support of meetings, conferences, and events
• Create and maintain a library of templates, sample slides, photography, video clips, icons, charts and graphic elements that can be used to develop attractive, Convincing, branded presentations
• Create custom and original graphics, infographics and other visualisations
• Perform real-time edits and respond to feedback and requests within a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Remain up to date with the latest technology, tools and methods for creating presentations
