ING is looking for a Working Capital Solutions Team Leader.

You will be providing daily leadership and supervision of GSO Working Capital Solutions team which executes high-quality product on-boarding of suppliers and buyers within supply chain finance by contacting them during on-boarding process, document collection, screening, setting them up in the internal systems. To handle support for suppliers and buyers on daily basis via communication channel preferred by the supplier or buyer. On top of that you are a role model, showing ING’s Orange Code values and you engage the team to be successful. Something for you?

You:
  • are providing daily supervision of GSO Working Capital Solutions team related to onboarding of Supply Chain Finance product suppliers and buyers, day to day service requests handling and other tasks according to service catalogue. All based on the approved workplace instructions, applicable Service Level Agreement targets and quality standards
  • regularly monitor performance of employees based on operational management, quality and team behavior. Based on that to evaluate their performance and give feedback on regular bilateral and yearly meetings and appraisals
  • regularly plan and do staff appraisals, planning of trainings and development, planning of holidays, back-ups, forecasting staffing requirements.
  • enhancing the operations efficiency and effectiveness of processes and services provided by suggesting and implementing (upon approval of respective process owner, if necessary) changes process improvements, workload distribution and team organization. Preparation and submission of process improvement proposals, improvements of procedures, work instructions, technology, knowledge base and training materials, quality and communication.
  • support of less experienced colleagues in the identification of areas with improvement needs and the development of proposals for improvement
  • are acting as a connecting link between employees and management, stimulating and ensuring cooperation and team work among the team members. Represents the department and acts as a point of contact.
