Job description, responsibilities and duties

These are exciting times for us as we are growing rapidly, both in terms of number of staff and our facilities.

We are therefore looking for a new colleague that will help us look after our services and facilities.

As a new member of a team you will be responsible for:

• Technical operation regarding leased premises,
• Regular checks of systems and appliances according to legal requirements,
• Immediate escalation of problems to suppliers or building property management,
• Seating plans update,
• Day-to-day contact with suppliers, invoice pre-checking,
• Coordination of Health and Safety documentation and policies. Management of fire wardens and first aiders,
• Coordination of renovation/ repair works of premises.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant position
