Our Global Services and Operations center in Bratislava is growing since its official opening in 2013 and our HR department getting bigger. We have come to the decision that it is the time to welcome a new teammate; at least we have already prepared for you a table and a chair within our office :-). You will be working with people with positive attitude, smile on their faces and ready to help you at the beginning to make your onboarding smoother.

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist, who will be responsible for the entire recruitment process coordination. Furthermore, you will act as a consulting partner for hiring managers and take over the responsibility for onboarding new services from recruitment point of view.

What can you expect?

• Responsibility for the whole life cycle of the recruitment process (creation of job advertisements, using social media for recruitment, conducting personal interviews together with hiring managers, handling offer/feedback management)
• Act as a partner to hiring managers with superior consultant skills, through the expertise influence and recommend most effective approach for bringing the right talents into the organization
• Actively cooperate with local agencies and look for the new talent resources
• Seek and recommend new trends and tools available in the recruitment to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process
• Active participation on the onboarding of new services and being a partner for the sending party, giving advice and proposing the best scenarios to attract talents
• You will have a possibility to hire and get to know a variety of our positions, from entry-level data banking processing roles, through client and risk analysts, contact center specialists, IT security officers, payments specialist to team leaders/managers and new positions which will be transferred to GSO Bratislava next year

Personality requirements and skills

• Suitable candidate should have min. 1 years working experience in Recruitment or Recruitment Support area (so that you feel comfortable in communication with the whole variety of profiles, from juniors to MT level)
• Very good at candidates´ sourcing and screening
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team player, Initiative and flexible
• Able to maintain the highly confidential nature of HR work
