IBSS Bratislava (ING Bank Shared Services Bratislava) is a servicing hub providing transactional & banking operations services for ING’s global wholesale clients. These are exciting times for us as we are now also starting to offer more and more complex knowledge work in design and consultancy roles. We are part of the IBSS organization which consists of servicing hubs around the globe. Our vision is to centralize the processing activities of ING to these servicing hubs to help harmonize and standardize products and processes in order to give an outstanding and differentiating client experience to all clients of ING worldwide.

To support this growth and harmonization we are now looking to build an in-house team of developers whose mission will be to identify, design, develop and implement modern technology solution that increase efficiency and improve our overall way of working.

This is a full-time position, based in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development and delivery of software solutions that align with business needs and internal technical standards
• Develop technical specifications, build and test robust code to accomplish business requirements
• Provide time/effort estimates for development tasks
• Diagnose & troubleshoot technical problems (functional / performance related)
• Proactively address technical issues and risks that could impact project delivery and/or budget
• Provide regular progress updates to management including highlighting any potential delivery risks or issues
