Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an eager and energetic finance professional who can act as a financial controller and strategic financial business partner for the organization and take the lead in maintaining and improvement of financial control environment. In your role you will be also responsible for developing finance advisory capabilities within finance team providing finance advice to the senior IBSS management. You will help department in growth to a next level of maturity within changing and growing organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of Role
• Review, improvement and development of internal financial policies and procedures based on Group minimum standards
• Regular financial policies and procedures key controls revision
• Revision and improvement of Financial control framework
• Participation in Finance operational model development and improvement
• Financial accounting and Management accounting reporting based on Group standards
• Participation in Forecast and Dynamic Plan preparation and submission processes
• Cooperation within Finance department and other IBSS departments in order to improve processes and find best solution
• Communication with HO, financial and management reporting analytical reviews, trends and deviation comments, ad-hoc analysis reviews

Personality requirements and skills

• Education: A master’s degree or similar qualification in quantitative subject;
• Experience: at least 5 years financial control and management reporting
• General/practical knowledge of finance (MA & FA),
• Advanced working command of written and spoken English;
• MS Office: advanced excel skills.
