IBSS Bratislava (ING Bank Shared Services Bratislava) is a servicing hub providing transactional & banking operations services for ING wholesale & retail branches worldwide. These are exciting times for us as we are now also starting to offer more and more complex knowledge work in design and consultancy roles. In this position

  • You will lead the Quality Assurance CLT within Control Hub with responsibility for the QA activities of several Regulatory Operations processes (Alert Screening, KYC and Client Activity Monitoring)
  • Facilitate, support and motivate your squad members
  • Conduct and oversee quality assurance activities in the above mentioned areas
  • Ensure that your CLT meets SLAs in terms of accuracy and timeliness
  • Effectively manage the transition to ING’s One Agile Way of Working
  • Create, together with our Agile coaches, a high-performing team and remove any impediments
  • Support the development and craftsmanship of the team members
  • Ensure the CLT members feel involved and valued and are prepared to continue their personal development
  • Internal processes and procedures development and usage in sync with Agile way of working principles
  • Communication and escalation with management, internal clients and business partners

Personality requirements and skills

  • 5+ years´ of relevant work experience with preferably 2+ years´ experience with Regulatory Operations processes
  • Ability and the willingness to transform this experience into ING’s OAWOW
  • Previous experience with coaching or providing trainings preferred
  • Influence skills with local and global functional leaders to ensure global collaboration without losing track of your role as service provider
  • Excellent level of English
  • BS/BA degree or higher
