We are looking for a team member to help us grow maturity of IBSS Bratislava by building data driven decision culture, facilitating implementation of intragroup contracting and service management (IC&SM) framework and increasing transparency of our performance, achievements and challenges leadership is facing.

- Implementation and improvement of IC&SM Framework;
- Development and improvement of management operational and maturity dashboards;
- Building data driven decision culture – support management (Super Circle & Circle Leads, CLTs) in using the data for taking decisions, in analyzing data to understand challenges and improvement opportunities;
- Cooperate with Finance to improve transparency of our charging model;
- Cooperate with IBSS Manila, Poland and Romania to achieve alignment in reporting (same definition of the metrics used to enable comparison), best practice sharing and replication;
- Cooperate with Operational Management / CI consultants, link operational reporting to management reporting, interlink operational and strategic view on operations.
