Are you looking for a varied and stimulating Team leading role which allows you to see the bank from a different perspective?

We are looking for a Team Leader who will have following responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead Investigations team (up to 15 people)
  • Lead delivery of service in quality in daily operations
  • Coaches the team members and is responsible for development of the team
  • Monitor SLAs and performance of the team by using means of operational management
  • Key driver for optimizing the processes and realization of continuous improvements
  • Coordinate team based trainings, personnel forecasting and planning for the team
  • Liaise with internal functions within GSO and broader ING with the objective to ensure smooth operations of the department and adherence to required internal controls

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Bank Operations or Shared service center operations – preferably Investigations or Payments

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • 3+ years experience in any of the following areas: process management, Operations or Service Delivery
  • 1+ years of experience leading the team or direct reports in operations or Service Delivery area/environment
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong and independent personality
  • Well-developed negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and experience of realized improvements
  • Open minded, eager for and accepting change
  • Pressure resistant with ability to prioritize work and take decisions under pressure
