  • have in depth knowledge of FEC Risk, SIRA methodology and EU AML Directives
  • have firm experience in KYC Processes – CDD, FATCA and CRS
  • have the ability to document knowledge of banking products and operational processes
  • have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and ability to read in Cyrillic
  • want to develop further professional expertise and integrates this knowledge into day-to-day activities

… then you are our new CAM Quality Assurance Specialist

Your role …
  • Perform CAM quality checks based on monthly calculated sample, quality analyses and reports on quality and accuracy
  • Ensure that all the CAM investigations have been performed according to applicable Working Instructions
  • Responsible for identifying deficiencies and classification of these into categories
  • Responsible for communication of the results to CoE (Center of Excellence) globally
  • Advise and train the CAM processing Units to ensure improvement of the quality
  • Proactively analyze possible gaps/unclear areas in the Working Instructions
  • Proactively communicate with various stakeholders regarding the quality improvements of KYC (CAM) Processes
  • Proactively communicate with team members in order to maintain unified approach
  • Participate on the revision of Working Instructions
