Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for another member to our team, who will be responsible for:

• dealing with daily tasks performed by the reception, setting up shifts schedules for part-time receptionists
• solving of conflict situations related to the meeting rooms reservations, setting up meeting rooms with proper equipment, if required
• compliance monitoring/overseeing with the rules for physical security (access cards, visits, interviews ..etc.)
• ordering of office supplies, booking of couriers services and taxi transfers
• service activities: distribution of fruits and coffee, preparation of refreshment for internal events
• registration of courier shipments
• providing information (by phone and in person) according to agreed regulations

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate

• you are fluent in Slovak and English both verbal and written form
• you have excellent organizational and communication skills
• you are flexible, responsible and have positive attitude
• you are a team player and have general experience with MS Office
