In the ING Business Shared Services Bratislava (ING GSO) we are looking for an application support specialist who provides functional and technical support to ING internal end users for the applications used world-wide as the backbone system of the bank or just emerged with a great potential for growth spread across multiple business units throughout the organization. The support activities requires in-depth knowledge of the tooling in combination with high level of business and policies. You will work closely with 10 Agile Scrum teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts and Testers. Besides the support you will do information management that includes communication towards end user through different channel and knowledge base to make sure the users are aware of changes and other important information.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
• Provide 1st line functional and technical application support to end users world-wide through client friendly and timely incident resolution
• Have the required analytical skills to perform the initial bug analysis which can be used by support other teams
• Assign incidents to the appropriate resolution group if more expertise or rights are required and monitor the progress of incidents
• Identify and drive efficiency in the application support and information management processes and identify process improvements on an ongoing basis
