- Obtain accurate and complete information from end-users to identify their needs and problems and develop responses and solutions.
- Understand, interpret, explain and apply detailed, specialized information, including codes, rules, policies, procedures, forms, specialized municipal terms and technical documentation in carrying out job assignments accurately and efficiently.
- Providing updates, status and completion information to management regarding all assigned incidents, requests, and projects
- Providing consultative support to management and end users directly related to general business operations, software systems, technical assistance and training to system users.
- Identifies areas of security risk, determines risk level and assists with efforts to mitigate those risks to an acceptable level.
- Ensure maintained applications are delivered using best Security Practices
