About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for another member to our team, who will be responsible for:

  • dealing with daily tasks performed by the reception
  • meeting rooms reservations, setting up meeting rooms with proper equipment, if required
  • compliance monitoring/overseeing with the rules for physical security (access cards, visits, interviews, etc.)
  • ordering of office supplies, booking of couriers services and taxi transfers
  • service activities: distribution of fruits and coffee, occasional preparation of refreshment for internal events
  • registration of courier shipments
  • providing information (by phone and in person) according to agreed regulations
