About the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for another member to our team, who will be responsible for:
- dealing with daily tasks performed by the reception
- meeting rooms reservations, setting up meeting rooms with proper equipment, if required
- compliance monitoring/overseeing with the rules for physical security (access cards, visits, interviews, etc.)
- ordering of office supplies, booking of couriers services and taxi transfers
- service activities: distribution of fruits and coffee, occasional preparation of refreshment for internal events
- registration of courier shipments
- providing information (by phone and in person) according to agreed regulations
