We are looking for experienced IAM professional skilled in IAM methodologies, control implementation, process reengineering, stakeholder alignment, program & change management and experience in managing and developing own teams.

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team Lead/Manager will provide leadership and focus for the IAM team responsible for user access management, password management, access right verification, management of authorization matrices, minimum standard implementation, and to provide support and guidance on executing IAM and achieving and maintain compliance.

Main responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of experienced Administrators, Control Specialist and Center of Excellence Subject Matter Experts
  • Complex management, provisioning and development of internal services
  • Manage stability of existing environment
  • Improvement and implementation of changes to increase overall performance, security and compliance of systems and tools
  • Improve IAM capability maturity via identifying process improvements to drive cost reductions and reduce risk in line with company strategy and road map for improvement of IAM capabilities
  • Close cooperation with Functional lead of ING Wholesale Banking COE
  • Raise accountability on operational excellence, improve internal controls, raise continuous improvement mindset, steer idea generation and contribute to the development of strategies that maximize work effectiveness of the team
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improve the user experience.
  • Fact based management of work, people and performance to deliver services in accordance with the Service Level Agreement’s, KPI’s and applicable procedures and WPIs
  • Capacity planning to improve service and optimize the use of resources
  • Succession planning, redeployment, hiring - anticipating on the attrition via active succession planning in the team and by hiring new staff

  • Have broad experience with IT technologies and access management solutions
  • Possess relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM,ITIL is advantage
  • Have experience with administration of Share Points, Active Directory, Exchange, Databases and File Shares
  • Have experience with virtual password vault solutions is advantage
  • Have deep understanding of IAM principles and standards (ISO 27000)
  • Be happy to work in a fast paced agile environment globally
  • Have strong analytical skills to realise progress in a complex organisation
  • Have strong drive to realise progress in a complex organisation
  • Possess great communication skills and be fluent in English
  • Have strong personality to lead discussions with stakeholders on the migration of activities

Ideally we are looking for someone with:
  • University degree in IT / IT security field
  • Leadership capacity in operations 5+ years of which 3+ years of experience in leading team of 30+ people
  • Proven experience in designing, developing and delivering control solutions, specifically in the entitlement and/or access space 8+ years
  • Strong inter-personal, analytic and communication skills
