About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Junior Work Management Operation Specialist, who will be responsible for support of workforce management tool (EG tool) and it‘s further implementation within internal departments. EG tool helps us get data from different teams regarding their daily activities, tasks and work management. Based on this, we are able to analyze, propose changes and possibilities for better and more effective work.

Your job role will be:

  • Define and maintain the global setup of the static data in the tool
  • Support further roll-outs of EG. Participate in projects and advise the project manager/team on most efficient setup of the tool.
  • Accept, register and resolve service requests and incidents from global users of EG (either direct or channelled by the Operational Management consultants).
  • Report faults/issues/enhancements to EG’s helpdesk and communicate status and progress to the global users.
  • Liaise with GSO IT for all technical support on the application’s infrastructure.
  • Support the OM consultant with the regular audits and best practice reviews to maintain consistency of the setup of the tool.
  • Support and advise on the provision of reports/data to input to Management Information processes and supplement in analysing reports.
  • Support the OM consultant with one-to-one and group training sessions on the usage of the tool.
  • Prepare and execute application and system test related to new modules, upgrades/enhancements/fixes and integrations.
  • Prepare and support in liaison with GSO IT the implementation of new, updated software and integrations.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Experience as a System Administrator/Helpdesk support/1st level technical support is a great advantage
  • 1 year of relevant working experience is a must
  • Analytic skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Experience with IT systems implementation preferably in workforce management area is nice to have
  • English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Strong communication skills
  • Persuasive with details and facts
  • Willingness to travel (occasionally)
