Job description, responsibilities and duties

Testing Officer is responsible for testing of regular upgrades and ad-hoc changes mainly in the area of payment processing including SEPA and SWIFT as well as related static data.

It is advantage if Testing Officer has some banking and payments product and processes knowledge. The Testing Officer will be part of team providing services towards various ING branches mainly The Netherlands and CEE countries.

• He/she will cooperate with support teams in Europe and in Asia.
• He/she will work with several systems and applications used for financial transaction processing
• He/she will perform coordination of implementation projects
• He/she will participate in the production issue solution
• He/she will analyze applications, products, EndToEnd processing and he/she will suggest gaps solution and improvements of whole processing/applications functionalities
• He/she will perform trainings regarding covered applications and tested products
• He/she is capable to absorb new in order to understand the operation.

• Testing of regular system upgrades and changes mainly in the area of payments and static data
• Testing of systems based on ad-hoc requests
• Timely and precise reporting of the gaps and following the solutions
• Static data settings, modification, analyses of static data change
• Test cases creation and test cases preparation
• Test execution (EndToEnd processing, checking of products, connections, evaluation of results, GoLive recommendation, ...)
• Test coordination (task assignment to our clients and GSO departments ; controlling of task execution; coordination of concerned parties cooperation; test results summarizing; know-how providing to concerned parties)
