About the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Preparation of Bank information upon request of client;
- Preparation of any Confirmations (e.g. on account balance, cover, capital accounts, audit letter, the copy of statements from the archive) upon request of client;
- Providing the clients with the information on incoming/outgoing payments (domestic and/or foreign) via internal systems, phone, mail, post;
- Confirmation and Affirmation process – distribution of confirmations by post/fax/mail, daily reconciliation of FX and LD confirmations, affirmation process (affirmation with clients), monthly reports
- Signatures verification;
- Resolving incidents;
- Payment releases;
