Are you looking for a varied and stimulating back office role which allows you to see the bank from a different perspective, from the second line of defense?

We are currently looking for Junior Specialists for the GRID Maintenance Unit Team responsible for handling and monitoring one of the most important Banking systems at ING Bank.

• Executing back office tasks such as clients’ data registration, updating, approving…
• Checking that all requested information are known and looking for extra information
• Performing regular checks on designated tasks
• Acting as a point of contact for these tasks
• Identifying the errors and risks linked with these tasks
• Giving input to the Operations Specialist(s), Associate Operations Specialist(s) or Team Leader in order to adapt the process to the tasks
• Assuming additional tasks in order to increase the performance of the team and/or the process

We are looking for a colleague who:

• is proactive, independent and resourceful: is not afraid to take initiatives, assume responsibilities in an independent way and proactively manage them in order to get the tasks completed

• is creative: can identify and implement pragmatic solutions for a given situation
• has strong communication skills: communicates his message in an appropriate and convincing way, both orally and in writing
