Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Administer equity portfolios to maximize investment returns
• Provide support and make recommendations in areas such as Budget Management
• Evaluate investment opportunities
• Create quarterly and ad-hoc reports on investment performance and activity
• Be an integral member of the transactions and investor relations team, providing structured information to existing and new investors
• Cooperate with target entity management and other shareholders to support value growth of the target
• Administer the investors database, target CAP tables, valuations

Personality requirements and skills
• Three or more years of experience in venture capital/private equity
• Basic knowledge of securities, corporate governance and financial accounting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Personal integrity and an ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information
• Strong analytical thinking
• Strong understanding of investment strategies and risk management
• Experience with financial modelling and analysis is preferred but not required.
