Junior Associate

Key attributes we look for:
1. Demonstrable excellent numerical/analytical ability, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferably also VBA
2. Experience in infrastructure financial modelling, preferably in the InfraTech sector
3. Strong communicator in written and spoken English – top European/N. American school/university would be an advantage; other European languages would be considered advantageous
4. Naturally curious, entrepreneurial, dynamic and able to learn new concepts quickly;
5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international team and setting;
6. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial sector (advisory, consulting or financing), or completed relevant internships.

Responsibilities:
• Liaise with fund managers and network with industry professionals with the aim of growing the company’s pipeline for future investments
• Build complex financial models for on-going Data Center projects
• Compile reports and prospectus for new and existing products
• Existing investments monitoring and reporting
• Liaising with portfolio companies’ management team on a regular basis
• Valuation analysis on a single investment and portfolio basis
• Conduct structuring analyses to determine best capital structure for investment assets
• Previous experience with cloud and data centres would be an advantage
• Monitor closely financial press and keep a track of market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment products;
