Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Liaising with Slovak and international investors, directors, administrators, auditors, legal counsels and other third parties;
• Administration of Slovak and international companies and SPVs;
• Organisation, preparation and attendance of investor meetings, board meetings, AGMs, etc. and preparation of briefing papers and reports;
• Preparation of investors’ correspondence, calculations and presentations;
• Providing fund administration services as assisting with the investment, call and distribution processes, undertaking of banking, investment and financial transactions;
• Assisting with the production of management, interim and audited accounts;
• Ensuring that the related companies comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, compliance monitoring.

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Familiar with basic financial accounting principles;
• PC skills – advanced at MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint;
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written;
• Customer service orientation;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Strong organisational skills;
• International experience is a great advantage.
