Key responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers, partners, and field teams via email, phone, chat, or ticketing

Be assigned for one future oriented.

Be responsible for a remote technical/administrative troubleshooting of the accounts, systems, applications.

Participate in projects that improve the efficiency, quality, and overall customer experience with services

Provide daily technical support and customer services for business clients.

Job requirements

Languages: German required and minimum level(B2) and speak and write in English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to technical problems

Willingness to learn and develop, good communication skills and enthusiasm to solve ad hoc issues

Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as a team player

High customer orientation and good communication skills

Familiarity with MS-Office

Perceive multitasking and solving problems.

High self-motivation, initiative and independence

Open-minded, helpful, hands-on and enthusiastic
