Product Owner / Project Manager

We are looking for people to coordinate the development of features in our product portfolio and manage CRM / mobility projects.

This role requires an individual with experience in analysis and description of business processes and in coordination of teams (design, engineering, sales, marketing) and activities. We look for entrepreneurial, adaptable, analytical, persuasive, empathetic, tenacious and creative problem solvers.

The candidates for this role will use their background in IT (project management, product ownership, consulting or development) to analyze the market as well as requirements of customers and propose new features, feature specifications and action plans. Once the features are in development, they will ensure that the solutions are implemented according to specification and coordinate activities with other teams (marketing, sales).

Additionally, they will use their communication skills to articulate the technical aspects of the solution internally as well to third parties.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Product management
o Articulate markets, research users and define competitive landscape
o Analyze requirements of customers and partners
o Work collaboratively with development leaders, product architects, product designers, and key customers to appropriately define and package features
o Prepare feature specifications and feature designs
o Ensure offering designs reflect business objectives
o Coordinate development, testing and documentation tasks
o Partner with design, development, sales and marketing and coordinate their activities
o Create quarterly roadmaps, monthly release plans and regularly participate in overall functional program planning
o Articulate market problems to the broader offering team
• Pre-sales activities & support (technical)
o Handling of technical questions via email, phone and in-person meetings
o Demo & POC preparation
o Requirements gathering and analysis
o Translate client requirements into technical requirements, recommended solutions and proposed features
• Deep technical understanding

o CRM Solutions (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)

o Assist in support, remote consulting, prepare training materials, teach remote or on-site courses

Experience with gaming/gambling space is huge advantage
