- Coordinating work of the team (10 - 15 members), execute given tasks, support in professional development
- Setting targets and monitor team progress
- Participating and/or leading projects
- Developing your team, inspire and engage to reach high performance
- Solving in-coming daily business together with your team and peers

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance
- Active level of English language
- Experience in Finance / Administration / SAP
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, punctual with attention to details
- Experience in organizing and leading a team at least 2 years (preferably in SSC environment, finance / processing / back office department)
- Strong decision making skills
