Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- To identify employees with multiple responsibilities and set them up as multistate workers
- Analysis and setup with providers and local payrolls to avoid potential risk (CIT, Transfer pricing, PIT etc.)
- Perform tax, social security, immigration and labour law due diligence
- Cooperation with payroll and tax advisors to ensure best payroll solutions
- Creation and implementation of internal procedures and processes within the area
- Cooperation with all involved departments and external providers (HR, Tax department, Controlling, Social security, Immigration provider etc.)
- Coordination of personal income tax returns and tax reconciliations preparation
- Lead and coordinate specific processes
- Support team with tax and social security related matters
