Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Drive a new ERP (QAD) implementation in automotive interiors plants in Europe and North America
- Design, test and execute MS Access database queries packages to migrate and upload financial data from legacy databases (SAP) into QAD database
- Ensure that data quality, integrity and completeness is maintained or improved
- Act as consultant and advisor for QAD users across the business
- Working with the finance and controlling teams ensure that all ongoing data transformation are successful
- Work with data owners to verify and obtain approval on accuracy of transformed data
- Execute one off data migration tasks as required
- Act as consultant for collecting report requirements from users and build reports in QAD.
- Perform ERP system data administration including opening and closing of periods according to schedule

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

management, economics, finance and/or IT

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
SQL - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Passion in working with financial systems
- University degree in management/economics/IT or equivalent business background with a strong focus on ERP systems and finance
- Experience with ERP system architecture or data maintenance
- Experience with building/creation of reports in ERP system
- MS Access or similar relation database tool used for database build
- General knowledge of AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets processes within SSC
- General Accounting Knowledge and Skills
- Experience with preparation of Work instructions/Knowledge transfer documents
- Passion for analysis
- Willingness to travel (to 3 deputies within Slovakia up to time)
