Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Daily communication in French and English language
- Anticipate problems and find solutions to provide excellent customer care
- Invoicing and reporting activities
- Process billing adjustments and customer discrepancies
- Daily use of SAP (previous knowledge is not required)
- B2B communication channel

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

French - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Active knowledge of French language (written and spoken)
- At least intermediate knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Previous experience from international area
- Economical education is only advantage
- Communicative, self-driven personality
- Strong customer orientation
