Delivery Manager

• Acts as a project manager in delivery projects to new customers
• Coordinates system upgrade projects at existing customers
• Acts as key contact person towards customer technical personnel
• Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Defines project tasks and resource requirements
• Coordinates the configuration and delivery of new product releases for to customers
• Coordinates IT service management processes (incident management, change management, problem management)
• Coordinates testing activities for customer specific releases or patches.
• Reviews and clarifies customer tickets in ticket management system and assigns them to responsible department
• Provides direction and support to project team
• Coordinates technical tasks among the product development and configuration team
• Quality assurance
• Constantly monitors and reports project progress
• Controls project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
