Hľadáme nového člena tímu na HR oddelenie - študent/ka s aktívnou angličtinou

Ponuka je vhodná pre študenta/študentku, ktorý/a hľadá brigádu v administratíve. Má záujem, prípadne skúsenosti s HR. Práca je pre IT spoločnosť, oficiálnym jazykom v ktorom budete denne aj na oddelení komunikovať je angličtina.

Popis práce a zodpovednosti/Job description and Main responsibilities:
- Project management of TA innovations including onboarding, branding, sourcing or hiring
- Testing, development or design of new TA tools
- Participating at execution of assigned projects mainly in branding
- Ensure consistency with TA and branding guidelines
- Coordination of TA team (keeping DDLs, schedules, deliverables)
- Create progress presentations for management
- Lead or support internal or external branding campaigns
- Work with a broad team of TA and HR professionals internationally in areas like new tools, innovation and data projects.
- Cooperate with data insight teams to gain or provide insights on the labor and talent market
- You will work with modern IT tools to enhance the experience of partners and stakeholders

Vzhľadom na aktuálnu situáciu, bude záujemca po nástupe pracovať z domu. Potrebujete teda vhodné pracovné prostredie, s kolegami komunikujete online!

Požiadavky/Requirements for the employee:
- Enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition, motivation in working with modern recruitment tools
- Preferred experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Ideally experience with hiring IT professionals (not a must)
- English language is essential (minimum B2 - written and oral fluent), other languages preferred (German, French, Spanish, other EU)
- MS office advanced + other tools preferred (Trello, Mural, Slack, …)
- You are a good team player, communicative
