Technical support with German language - also suitable for students

Your typical tasks will be:
- Resolving PC/Console gaming issues
- Providing solutions via email
- Applying your skills, experience and technical ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Learn and test new products and processes

Job position is also suitable for students - but one must attend a 4-week training (from monday to friday). After the training period it is possible to make adjustment of the working time.
