Quality Assurance Engineer - supplier

• Ensure the supplier quality for incoming parts, assuring response and follow up on
supplier complaints in 8D-reports, NCR, etc.
• Ensure that product quality is according internal and customer specifications.
• Review and implement customer specific requirements.
• Register, monitor and decide on non-conforming material and products.
• Investigate root causes in cooperation with the SQD team. Make proposals for
corrective and preventive measures.
• Responsible for preparation and monitoring of targets for its area of responsibility.
• Perform process audits (internal and external) according the yearly audit program.
• Timely and correct handling of PPAP requalification activities within the IRS
organization.
• Analyze, report and monitor the progress with regard to quality of components.
• Be able to read technical drawings.
• Cost of poor quality.
• Quality – external PPM.
• Review and approval of documents in supply web system.
