Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role, employee:
• Is Co-responsible for plant processes & efficiency improvements.
• Is responsible for management and improvements of Lean tools (5S, LPA, Suggestion program, Shop Floor Management, …).
• Lead / support cost saving projects.
• Lead / support problem solving projects through selected tools (PDCA, 8D, Six Sigma).
• Gives internal training on lean behavior change, team skills, train the trainer. Facilitator on education/mentoring on a pull basis.
• Organize Kaizen events.
